The Omaha Symphony offers a musical tribute to America’s independence with its Independence Day Celebration on July 4th at 8:30 pm. For history enthusiasts, the Living History Fourth Of July Celebration at Fort Atkinson on July 6th and 7th provides a unique opportunity to step back in time. Visitors can experience cannon firings and a reading of the Declaration of Independence, celebrating like it’s 1823.
