Biography

 

Rob Washburn is an Associate Broker & Licensed Realtor in Iowa and Nebraska affiliated with Keller Williams Greater Omaha.  Rob is currently a member of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, their Code of Ethics and Realtor’s Land Institute.

Being a life-long resident of Mills County Iowa, Rob was raised on a farm in Southwest Iowa and farmed for over 30 years. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University and attended The University of Nebraska at Omaha studying Real Estate and Land Use through the College of Business Administration for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural real estate.  Rob has been a Mortgage Loan Officer for Residential and Refinance Loans and was previously part-owner of a Real Estate Brokerage.

Rob currently resides on the family farm with his wife Linda and has two sons and two grandsons.

He brings to the table extensive experience in Residential Lending and Agricultural Finance with his background in residential mortgages and operating a large farm.
